Project “METCO: Collaborative Construction of Clean Cafeteria Promoting Safety and Environmental Concern (Wat Saothongnok School)”
Over the past two years, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, educational institutions have had to adapt to online learning methods to reduce face-to-face interactions and maintain social distancing. Additionally, physical activities aimed at student development have been shifted to online platforms. However, with the improving COVID-19 situation in the country and the continuous relaxation of measures, schools can now resume normal operations.
In 2022, Muramoto Electron (Thailand) Public Company Limited initiated the “METCO: Collaborative Construction of Clean Cafeteria Promoting Safety and Environmental Concern” project. This project involves the construction of a temporary cafeteria to prepare for the reopening of Wat Saothongnok School. Additionally, it includes upgrading grease traps and wastewater drainage systems as part of environmental care efforts. This initiative aims to promote environmental responsibility, enhance community relations, and foster a safe and healthy learning environment.
