Social responsibility
Social responsibility is something that the Company has always been aware of and given importance to, which has been set out in the social responsibility policy and the slogan on safety, occupational health and the environment. This is to lead to the practice and sustainable development of business operations as well as setting the direction of management to be in line with the needs of all stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, communities, customers, business partners, subcontractors and the government. The main goal is to control and supervise the company’s activities so that they do not cause an impact on the communities surrounding the Company and are friendly to the environment, campaign for waste separation and use resources efficiently, as well as develop knowledge and ability to provide good welfare and conditions and safe working environment for employees.
With the determination of executives and all employees, they have jointly formulated the concept of guidelines for social responsibility, especially good corporate governance, in which every business process must be based on ethics and business code of conducts in which every step of work must be clear, transparent, equitable, fair and verifiable. Including fighting corruption, respecting human rights, participating in community and social development, and protecting the environment. In 2015, the company participated in the project to promote industrial responsibility towards society (CSR-DIW). Award) by the Department of Industrial Works and received the award for the first time and in accordance with continuous and sustainable development in the year in 2016, the company therefore joined the CSR-DIW Continuous project and the Green Industry Project Level 4 to show its commitment to developing the organization towards sustainability and giving importance to conducting business in a balanced manner in every dimension.
The Company, executives and all employees are still ready to cooperate with various government and private agencies, as well as continuously disseminate information and knowledge about social responsibility, including campaigning to invite all sectors to participate take action seriously in order to truly solve the problem of social and environmental responsibility and be sustainable forever.
